They offer, not only a welcoming environment with a great team culture that shows understanding and provides supportive leadership but this dynamic and growing practice offers premium, quality level of care and service to their long standing and very important patients.
They genuinely care for their team members welfare and support their growth. The practice offers a vast array of services including cosmetic and general dentistry, implants and Invisalign.
Located in Kew, this high end, privately owned and established practice is seeking their next superstar to join their team.
Working a 9 day fortnight, your role will be varied and keep you busy as you ensure the seamless running of all clinicians and support staff; the schedule is productive but stress free and provide the highest standard of client experience for each and every patient.
Working with four dentists and 3 OHT’s you will also lead/manage the staff and practice budget.
This outstanding role will suit those that have good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and priortise, have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team leadership ability.
On offer is a very competitive salary consisting of base $80k + super + bonuses.
