The primary purpose of the Onboarding Coordinator is to ensure the successful onboarding and induction of new Service team members across Australia and New Zealand. Your role is essential in driving the best possible employee experience throughout onboarding and continuously improving an effective onboarding process. You will be able to collaborate on a daily basis with other relative departments including Training Development and Talent Acquisition making this a pivotal role, where you will align with other business areas and work together to achieve common goals.

Your day to day duties can include ensuring all onboarding documentation from new employees is uploaded into the system, generating log in details for each new starter and providing relevant information to hiring managers and leading departments.

The Vestas Wind Service division provides maintenance and scheduled services to our products on client-owned properties. Our wind farms are situated all over Australia and you will be a welcomed central point for those starting out on site.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a consistent onboarding approach for all new Service ANZ employees, including IT equipment, uniforms, training, and processes
- Facilitate and train key stakeholders in the onboarding approach and actively champion this throughout the business
- Work with the recruitment team and hiring manager to coordinate appropriate documentation and ensure all administrative onboarding requisites are completed
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to advise on the set-up, strategy and implementation of the onboarding process and allocation of responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition of new members into teams to support the achievement of business goals
- Facilitate regular welcome and Induction training for new starters
- Provide a range of support services on an individual basis as required, including answering enquiries and meeting on a regular basis to ensure new employees feel valued and supported
- Crafting and sending communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, dress code, parking options, perks and similar items
- Ensuring new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed
- Serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees
- Identifying innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience
- Monitor induction outcomes to ensure that training is achieving its objectives and update content in line with feedback to ensure continuous improvement
