**About the opportunity**

This role provides the opportunity to work with a highly successful global business going through an exciting growth phase. You will work across our business to provide expert remuneration and benefits advice aimed at creating and maintaining a culture that attracts, inducts, engages, develops and retains talent.

We provide you with the option to work in a highly flexible, hybrid work environment. Flexible hours and number of days will be considered for the right person and you will be able to combine working from home with working from our eastern suburbs based offices. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop, implement and maintain innovative local recognition, reward, remuneration policies, whilst ensuring alignment and compliance with global remuneration strategies
- Benchmark remuneration and benefits offerings for TTI group against competitors and industry offerings
- Review our total rewards offering for employees - recommend and then implement improvements for approval
- Identifying opportunities and implement solutions for continuous improvement across all remuneration and benefits processes
- Manage annual remuneration review processes across all TTIANZ business units and ensure relevant supporting documentation is produced in a timely manner
- In conjunction with HR, ensure compliance standards and practices are upheld towards management of annualised salaries, job classifications and remuneration banding
- Work with HR team to partner with industry benchmarking leaders such as Mercer and AON Hewitt to ensure salary and benefits insights are relayed across all key stakeholders
- Provide adhoc remuneration advice and support to leaders and employees within the business to support a high performing culture and high levels of employee engagement

**About you**
- Qualifications in a business related area such as Finance, Management or HR
- Significant industry experience obtained within remuneration, compensation, benefits
- Demonstrated experience in delivering competitive and engaging remuneration and benefits programs whilst complying with relevant employment laws
- Demonstrated leadership ability and/ or ability to provide clear and justified direction to key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
