About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to join our team as a Lead Early Childhood Educator - OSHC Program Coordinator. In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Service to deliver enriching experiences for primary school-aged children. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children;
  • Supporting program compliance to ensure a high-quality service that meets industry expectations;
  • Building strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community;
  • Providing exceptional care and education to our children;
  • Leading a team of educators to achieve outstanding results.
