Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane.
As part of our Shared Services team, comprised of Finance, Marketing and Communications, Human Resources, Legal and Facilities, we support the business to achieve goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees for Australia-Asia, including conducting orientation sessions
- Respond to HR queries and requests from employees and managers, providing accurate and timely information and solutions
- Input and maintain confidential employee records in HRIS
- Co-ordinate and provide administration of general employee activities, such as employment contracts, probations, contractor management, terminations and general employee correspondence
- Assist with recruitment administration tasks
- Take on special projects and other duties as assigned, and support for other HR specialties, as required
- Assist with the administration of payroll and leave, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
**You bring to the role**:
You will have experience in a similar role, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Your excellent attention to detail, and organisational, time management and problem-solving skills will be highly valued along with your capability to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team. Familiarity using HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors) and MS Office, and a demonstrated ability to process confidential matters will be desirable.
