The position of Administration Support Officer, Gosford Acute Care Team (GACT) has become available within the Central Coast Mental Health Administration Support Services team. The position is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient administrative support to the GACT team, including the GACT Nurse Manager and is located within the GACT team at Gosford Hospital Mental Health Unit. Staff are employed by Central Coast Local health District and this position may be required to travel across sites due to service needs.

**What you'll be doing**

The position reports to the Manager, Administration Support Services through the Gosford Administration Team leader. The role provides day to day administrative support to the unit/department to ensure effective service delivery. Administrative services include but are not limited to:

- Reception duties, preparation of patient list, typing, photocopying, scanning, keeping systems updated including admissions and discharges for patients.
- Coordinating, scheduling and monitoring client appointments for the team
