Join our newly funded project 'Brighter Beginnings' as our Administration Officer.

The Brighter Beginnings initiative is a collaboration between NSW Health and NSW Department of Education in the delivery of preschool health and development checks.

The Administration Officer will provide high-level administrative and customer service support to the team to help achieve their outcomes.

About You

  • Effective communication, negotiation and listening skills, and can establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Take initiative and exercise basic problemsolving skills with reference to established methods and procedures.
  • Work independently and as a team member.
  • Administrative and organisational skills and experience, able to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • MS Office suite knowledge and experience, as well as rostering, procurement, and records management systems.

Brighter Beginnings is a newly funded project managed by our Central Coast Local Health District - Women, Children and Families department.

The Brighter Beginnings initiative is a collaboration between NSW Health and NSW Department of Education for a collaborative, multidisciplinary service model in the delivery of preschool health and development checks.

The Administration Officer occupies an essential role within this project by coordinating administrative systems, procedures and organisational methods whilst ensuring office efficiency in accordance with LHD policies, procedures and standard
