**The Role**
And now, we are looking for a Part-time (22hrs) Profit Protection Administrator to support the Profit Protection department on a 12-month contract, through gathering key information, compiling reports, and assisting with store requirements.
The Profit Protection administrator plays a key role in supporting the Profit Protection function to proactively approach shrinkage and risk mitigation armed with key information. By assisting stores with requests and requirements, the PP team can more efficiently focus on shrinkage reduction.
As the Profit Protection administrator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Manage and monitor ISACS system for all incidents reported. Complete required follow up including uploading and saving CCTV to shared drive and escalating serious incidents to the Territory Profit Protection Manager
- Manage streamline tickets for maintenance requirements, alarm user, safe code and tag requests
- Organise new store requirements such as radios, note detectors, posters, CIT service and opening float, EAS tags
- Compile reports in a range of areas such as weekly briefings to the UK, monthly retail updates, quarterly reviews, stock audits and PP reviews
- Collate and pull together information for PP team across a range of metrics on a weekly basis, including intruder alarm activity, incident reports and cash variances
- Format and forward a range of reports to relevant personnel on a regular basis focusing on inventory concerns.
- Assist with forecasting and distributing security tags to stores as and when required
- Assist with adhoc requests and/or requirements for information from PP team
- To take good care of and properly secure all company issued equipment including computer laptop, printer, scanners etc. Ensuring this property is not left vulnerable and insecure
- To maintain confidentiality in respect of all Company or Personnel matters learnt during the course of carrying out your duties
- Employ a flexible approach to working hours as this role will be supporting the retail network
**Who You Are**
- 1-3 years in a similar position
- Intermediate excel, word and PowerPoint skills
- Previous experience in a retail, supply chain, inventory control or loss prevention role
- Demonstrated ability to identify and concisely highlight key issues
- Understanding of Inventory flow from DC to store
- Experience in liaising with and communicating across a wide range of stakeholders both internal external
