Personal Loan Delivery Consultant

**About the role**

Our contact centre teams split their time working from home and in our contact centre in our Flinders Street head office, giving you flexibility and the best of both worlds.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build relationships with our members to identify opportunities to promote the Credit Union's products to achieve their needs
- Contribute to personal lending growth by proactively connecting with members and engaging in quality conversations about their personal lending and other financial needs.
- Adhering to all current policies and procedures
- Contributing to a successful team environment

- Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service
- Demonstrated experience in following strict policy and procedure
- Role model a positive and proactive, results focused, 'can do' attitude and behavior
- Ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Decision making, problem solving and dispute resolution skills
