A Large contractor specialising in the Steel and facade industries across the commercial, retail and Resi scenes. Installing and manufacturing panelling and aluminium systems across the country.
**Your role**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the factory
- Take charge of production, staff activity and performance
- create and implement new ideas to increase productivity and enhance performance
- offer guidance and training to the relevant factory teams
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Monitor equipment, repair or replace plant equipment as and when required.
**Qualifications Required**
- **Proven experience working in the Aluminium industry**:
- Solid understanding of regulations across fabrication and manufacturing processes
- ability to assess, solve and troubleshooting operational issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge and experience in Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S)
