Our full-service capability includes true diagnostic audiology, rehabilitation, hearing aids, implants, vestibular assessment including VNG/ENG, Echog, Vemps, geriatrics, pediatrics, tinnitus management, counselling and workplace hearing.

The Lead Audiology Trained at Attune Hearing will develop and implement ongoing training programs for Practitioners across Attune Hearing to strengthen their clinical and commercial acumen. Ensure that their learning is effective and complements the strategic and operational outcomes of Attune Hearing
**Key responsibilities include**:
**Lead Audiology Training**
- Deliver training across network on areas of clinical and commercial effectiveness.
- Deliver diagnostic, rehabilitation and HSP training support to the network
- Provide induction to new audiologists and interns
- Working in collaboration with compliance and Area Managers, deliver training and feedback to ensure compliance including Medicare, HSP, NDIS and other Third Party compliance
- Maintain relationships with local manufactures and coordinate delivery of training and support
- Continuously develop training strategies that are cutting edge across the Attune Network.
- Review any feedback and areas of improvements as proposed by the wider team.
- Ensure a high level of clinical documentation is maintained
- Complete spot file audits with feedback loops via internal clinical team and leaders.

**Coaching and Training**
- Develop, design and deliver consistent practitioner coaching programs.
- Observe and model appointments for practitioners.
- Propose and prepare coaching plans for identified areas of improvement.
- Adopt a variety of training methodologies: Teams, classroom-based training, on-the-job and online training.
- Coordinate feedback for any external training sessions being organised.
- Follow the monthly planned training schedule and ensure quality training outcomes.
- Regularly update training modules to ensure relevance and meaningfulness.
- Continuously review and update self-knowledge and experience to maintain and improve quality of information.
- Set up monthly meetings with Area Managers to discuss practitioner skill gaps and strategies to address these.
- Provide support and guidance on areas where skills need to be refreshed.
- Ensure that learning outcomes are clearly mapped out and measured and can be viewed by managers.
- Propose alternative strategies where training exercises do not bear desired results.
- Liaise with Area Managers to track performance post training.
- Continue to monitor current training materials and create new modules when necessary.

**You will have**:

- Master of Clinical Audiology and a full membership with Audiology Australia.
- Ability to travel as required
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Audiologist - some diagnostic experience preferred
- Confident in public speaking and great presentation skills
- Well developed organisational and communication skills
- Results driven with an eye for details
- Passionate about people, a natural motivator
