Amplifon Australia is looking for an Audiology Trainer to join our #makemorepossible team

Reporting to Retail Training Manager this role is accountable for up-skilling our practitioners, the Audiology Trainer will be using their superior clinical and product knowledge to make a difference in the business. Be part of a dynamic & high performing team today

Key Responsibilities

Deliver practitioner coaching programs Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessions Conduct induction programs for new practitioners Administer on-the-job training Develop and update training modules Support interns and OSTA on internship journey

You will have:

Have a QP audiologist for a minimum of 1 years Have supervised university students and or new graduates Have a passion for training and service excellence Be confident in public speaking Have knowledge of MS Office Suite Be willing and available to travel Be highly organised and deadline driven A proven leader with the ability to deliver results
