Our client is a home care services provider that delivers holistic care to meet clients’ needs in their own home. They provide services for the NDIS, Department of Veteran Affairs, My Aged Care (CHSP), icare and Transitional Aged Care Program clients.
The Executive Personal Assistant will keep the Director of Nursing well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. They will have a sense for the issues taking place in the work environment, and anticipate the Director of Nursing’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, audits, and other important events.
**Requirements**:
- Must have 4+ years’ experience working with medium or large organisations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent word processing/typing and IT skills, including a range of software packages and comprehensive capabilities in Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows 10 Operating System
- Honesty, reliability, exceptional presentation skills, attentional to detail and efficiency
- Strong administrative/personal assistant skills with an ability to work well in a fast paced environment. An effective planner with proven time management skills is necessary
**Additional Information**:
- Full-Time role: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Located in Burwood, NSW; onsite 5 days a week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
