Our customers depend on us to develop their employees to work safer and smarter and for this, we depend on our team of over 30 passionate Training Advisors, who deliver distinctive customer solutions and generate real results, globally.

Specifically, you'll work directly with our customers and partners to ensure the people and process elements of their technology strategy, with simulation at its core, is creating measurable outcomes by:

- Driving engagement across our customer's organisation.
- Developing and delivering professional services.
- Coaching and mentoring to improve technology adoption and maximise the value of implemented solutions.
- Analysing customer data inputs (such as value driver trees, fleet data, machine data, organizational goals, turnover / growth and expansion rates).

Your efforts in nurturing your customer engagements, driving process improvements and ensuring best practice in project delivery, will come to fruition as you witness your customers achieve measurable results and real value from their partnership with Immersive Technologies.

Success in this position means travel to mining sites for face-to-face meetings with clients is imperative and accounts for around 40% of your time. The difference to FIFO roles, is that you will predominantly have control over your travel times and schedules, with no more weekend work, or missing important personal or family commitments.
