THE ROLE
We are seeking a Manager, Student Recruitment Campaigns and Conversion to manage student recruitment acquisition and conversion campaigns and activities to drive enrolments to support Global and Domestic Student Recruitment to meet student load targets.
Reporting to the Director, Prospective Student Acquisition & Conversion, you will:
- Support the development and implementation of strategic global and domestic student recruitment campaigns and conversion initiatives.
- Develop, design and manage the end-to-end delivery of prospective acquisition and conversion campaigns and programs of work.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of all projects and events including coordination of project resources and budgets, monitoring and tracking project progress, and ensuring delivery timelines and budgets are met.
- Develop and implement dashboards and metrics to monitor and track sales leads and performance, delivering ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and reports to proactively identify issues and potential impacts to the recruitment pipeline to inform decision making.
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations that evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, activities and events to drive improvements and return on investments.
- Build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providers/suppliers.
- Develop, manage and maintain a comprehensive acquisition and conversion campaign calendar to provide an overarching view of activity.
- Develop and implement an integrated approach to increase the opportunities for peer-to-peer advocacy throughout the prospective student acquisition and conversion touchpoints.
- Provide key insights to the Acquisition and Conversion Sales Support team to contribute to the development of high quality and effective sales support resources.
About You
You will need to possess a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, both globally and domestically, and demonstrate a proven track record in developing and implementing successful acquisition and conversion campaigns.
Your approach to delivering sales and recruitment campaigns will be strategic, focusing on identifying target demographics and tailoring campaigns to effectively engage prospective students. Your ability to conduct market analysis and utilise data-driven insights will be crucial in informing decision-making and optimizing campaign strategies.
Strong communication skills are essential for this role. You will be expected to deliver clear and compelling reports and presentations that evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, activities, and events. Your insights and analysis will drive improvements and demonstrate the return on investment for recruitment initiatives.

To Apply- Degree in business, sales/marketing or related discipline and/or extensive equivalent experience.
