**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Installation and Warranty Manager, the Inspector is responsible for onsite inspections, maintenance and customer liaison

Within this role you will be trusted with the following:

- Inspecting floors on owner-occupied homes and ones still under construction
- Minor repairs and supervision of some repairs
- Quality audits
- Writing reports and marking up of plans

**YOU**

You will demonstrate your experience and proven track record as an inspector in the building industry. Other skills and experience includes:

- Carpenter qualification / construction experience (White card)
- Drivers licence
- Have the qualities of a trusted adviser, one that can create value and offer a superior service
- Highly motivated and self driven
- Have a strong understanding of the Residential building industry
- Well-developed time management and reporting skills
- Technologically savvy
