**SC1** Demonstrated capacity to work independantly in the office environment, as well as the capacity to work with staff and Principal Class.

**SC2 **Highly developed interpersonal, communication, organisational and management skills with demonstrated experience working in a demanding school office or other administration setting.

**SC3 **Demonstrated experience and skill in the use of all aspects of CASES21 administration, Compass, and assist in the process of Disability Inclusion Profiles (DIP).

**SC4 **Ability to manage meetings and take minutes on any students undergoing various programs.

**SC5 **Exceptional time management skills resulting in delivery of high level administrative duties.

**SC6 **Demonstrated experience in the administering of First Aide and the appropriate qualifications.

**Role**:
The position requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills along with a sound knowledge of school administration processes and procedures. Working in the office, you would have contact with a broad cross-section of the school community and require an ability to work closely with, and offer support to parents, students and staff.

The position would involve co-ordinating, organising and determining work priorities within the front office to ensure the efficient operation of the work area. This position requires knowledge of a range of existing processes, guidelines and established procedures and where necessary, an ability to suggest modifications and improvements, in consultation with the Business Manager.

A position at this level would be expected to have a strong background in office administration as it involves entering and retrieving data, financial processes such as recording payments, banking and EFTPOS transactions along with the demands of a busy office supporting teachers, students and parents.

The successful applicant will provide direction when necessary to other ES staff and support to the campus leadership team while working directly with the Campus Principal and assistant Principal. The role will require high level time management skills and a buoyant personality.

The office is often the first point of contact for our community so it is very important that the office is welcoming, efficient and well organised. A professional manner when dealing with the public, both in person or by telephone, is a major component of this role. A high level of experience in school administration would be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:
**Admin Support**
- To provide administration support of Disability Inclusion (DI) Leader, SWC, inclusion staff and students.
- Collate and maintain all allied health professional reports of students with a diagnosis across all three campuses. Scan - add to confidential file on Confidential drive.
- To attend all termly SSG meetings to Tier 3 (funded) students and take minutes.
- To assist with data collection for Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on Students with Disabilities (NCCD).
- Ensure all paperwork is in the confidential drive.
- Chase up and paperwork that we do not have on file. Add to student file and confidential drive.
- Add allied health professionals invovled with students to IEP.
- Add recommendations from allied health professionals to learner profiles.
- Add all non funded and funded students to the NCCD data sheet.
- Ensure all funed and non funed students have a learner profiled pinned to Compass. Update NCCD spreadsheet to tick off when it's done.
- Save IEP's and Learner Profiles to Confidential Student Drive.
- Provide general campus administration support as required.
- Provide first aid as required.

**Support DIP process**
- To assist in completing student profiles on students who have diagnosed disabilities and record on compass.
- To assist in process of Disability Inclusion Profiles (DIP) - collecting documents and collating data.
- To attend SSG meetings and take minutes for any students undergoing DIP.
- To communicate with DI Leader and SWC's about staff and parent feedback.

**Collaboration: Strategic focus**
- To attend relevant Disability Inclusion/Student Wellbeing meetings.
- To coordinate and allocate time and space for external professionals to work with inclusion students e.g: speech pathologist.
- To communicate with teachers, parents, students regarding individual programs and inclusion interventions.
