**About The Role**

As the National Planning and Replenishment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing an efficient supply chain functions from production to branch. You will lead a team of 4 and will be responsible for optimizing our planning processes to meet the heightened demand. This role presents the exciting challenge of enhancing our planning strategies to ensure seamless execution amidst our exponential growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and improve reporting/KPI mechanisms to drive performance improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and optimize inventory management.
- Develop and execute a customer-focused replenishment plan.
- Develop data tools and reports to highlight business initiatives and measurements
- Oversee the smooth preparation, execution, and completion of major parts supply and stocking projects.
- Lead or contribute to buying projects aimed at enhancing customer outcomes.
- Act with a sense of urgency to address supply chain challenges promptly.
- Manage production processes and BOMs in a remanufacturing environment.

**About you**:

- Excellent background in Planning, Logistics, and Procurement within construction or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization and process improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Sense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience managing production BOMs is preferred.
