**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Personal Assistant looking to accelerate their career and provide high level administrative support to the newly promoted Managing Director, Investment Services | Australia.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Investment Services, and assisting with projects and ad-hoc tasks.
- Drafting communication, including announcements, meeting agendas and presentations on behalf of Head of Investment Services to external and internal clients.
- Preparation of submission documents and marketing reports.
- Coordinating the preparation of client meetings, functions and catering where required.
- Assisting the Head of Investment Services to drive and successfully execute key initiatives and general leadership of Investment Services nationally.
- Preparing expense requests, processing credit card payments and other financial transactions.
- Organising travel and other related arrangements (flights, transfers hotel bookings).
- Proactively actioning client liaison requirements as necessary, particularly in the absence of the Head of Investment Services.
- Disseminating information to internal business services platform as required, including Finance, HR, Marketing, Research, PR and IT.

**Qualifications**:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role will include:

- Recent and relevant experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferrable role (preferably within residential or commercial real estate).
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience in Adobe InDesign is highly prefered.
- Ability to build rapport with internal clients and an overall great team player.
- Capability to work autonomously.
