**About the role**

The **Contract Assurance Officer** is responsible for coordinating the implementation of training contracts for the Region. Providing **expert advice **and **support to stakeholders** on training contract outcomes, **performance targets** and other compliance matters to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory bodies, e.g. ASQA, Training Services NSW and others, are met and contract outcomes are optimised.

We currently have Full-Time Permanent opportunity available. This position is based at our TAFE NSW - St Leonards campus.

**About You**

To succeed in the role, you will have proven experience in coordination, implementation and monitoring of educational contracts. You are able to demonstrate your ability to contribute to the development, implementation and review of policies, and procedures on educational contract delivery.

You have exceptional customer service with the ability to provide accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders on compliance requirements. You are able to multitask and prioritise your workload, whilst at time working within limited time frames.

Provide an example of a situation in which you were required to liaise and collaborate with stakeholders within an educational organization to ensure a successful outcome for a customer.

This is a child-related position. A Working with Children Check is a prerequisite for anyone in child-related work. It involves a national criminal history check and review of findings of workplace misconduct.
