We are looking for **General Psychologists** **Registered AHPRA** or **Accredited Mental Health Social Workers** who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services including **Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Medicare clients** in **Dandenong VIC.**

As a clinician working with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management and other occupational issues. - Key Responsibilities_
- Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
- Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case mangers and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
- Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**
Joining our team of mental health professionals is straightforward. But first, you need to meet a few mandatory requirements:

- ** General Psychologist Registered with AHPRA**; or
- ** Accredited** **Mental Health Social Worker** - **AASW**;
- ** Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation**;
- You have permanent residency in Australia;
- You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
- You want to part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team.
- Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
