**The Opportunity**
We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Planning Analyst to join our Supply Chain team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager the primary purpose of this multi-faceted role is to operationally manage accurate data integrity and analysis for customer pricing on the National Product Catalogue along with account management of an allocated group of internal and external customers.
- Key accountabilities include:_
- Assisting the Supply Chain team with strategy, plans, analysis and reporting to help achieve budget requirements
- Operationally managing accurate data for Customer Pricing and Master Data
- Report creation as required for analysis including, optimising customer lead-times and order management and planning
- Manage orders from receipt to delivery on time and in full including complaint handling, relationship building and sales administration.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will possess extensive SAP Master Data experience in a similar customer service role within a Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisation along with:

- Previous experience of, and exposure to GS1 and NPC
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Minimum Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Salesforce (or similar) and Office 365

Advanced communication and relationship building skills along with previous experience in analytical tasks and reporting are all key requirements for this role.
