**About the role

As a
Product Data Migration Analyst **you will work closely with Head of Product and Implementations & Change Manager on customer data migrations with our large customer implementations.

You will assist and deliver data migrations enabling you to learn and assess existing processes and tools.

In parallel, and using your experience and completed assessments, you will facilitate any recommendations for improvements ensuring efficiencies and self-management providing a high-quality customer experience remain the focal points for change.


Other key responsibilities:

  • Review/assess efficiencies and customer experience of existing data migration documentation, tools and processes ;
  • Identify any supporting migration processes, documentation and skills required to support a selfservicing migration toolset ;
  • Make recommendations for improvements and facilitate the prioritisation of change within implementation team and product teams ;
  • Manage internal change management process es;
  • Define, recommend and implement measurements to assess customer satisfaction with the migration process ;
  • Perform data migrations ;
  • Manage customer expectations around data migrations.

About you


We are seeking a customer centric Data Migration Analyst who has a passion for solving problems and leading seamless data transitions.

You enjoy handling complex datasets and ensuring their secure transfer from one system to another. Y ou thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess exceptional technical expertise.

You will also bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask ;
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities ;
  • Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries ;
  • Excellent documentation creation and management skills ;
  • 3 + years Vendor migration and implementation expertise in a Saa S environment ;
  • Ability to prioritise and manage change within a business unit ;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with all stakeholder levels ;
  • Quality Driven and customer centric focused ;
  • Proven strategic advice and planning to support customer experience teams and senior management in developing procedures and guidelines.
