Our business is looking to employ 3 hard-working and dedicated medical admins, to join our growing team here in East Perth.

We are seeking employees who work well in a team and are eager to learn all that there is to know about our business.

This role would suit a recent high school graduate or a part-time uni student looking for a professional job to improve their skills.

The successful applicants will be offered a part-time role, and 15-20 hours a week.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to prioritise and mulit-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
- Professional phone manner
- Be detail orientated and take pride in your work
- Experience using booking system “Cliniko” is a bonus but not required

**About the Role**:
Perth Healthcare Centre is one the leading multidisciplinary healthcare centres on the West Coast as we have many healthcare professionals ranging from chiropractic all the way to a nephrologist As our patient to practitioner ratio is growing, we would like to offer three new superstar administrators the opportunity to become apart of our close knit team.

You will be the first point of contact for all of our patients coming to, or contacting the clinic. We always strive to make all of our patients feel welcome here so it is important that you are able to conduct yourself in a professional and caring manner.

Your daily tasks will include:

- Greeting patients and checking them in.
- Taking phone calls from regarding bookings as well as general enquiries from patients and other medical clinics, as well as transferring calls to practitioners and other staff.
- Processing payments for our practitioner's using a multi-merchant HICAPS terminal.
- Ensuring patients are booked in for their next appointment.
- Opening/closing procedures as well as maintaining general cleanliness of clinic.
- Communicating with the practitioners and other admin throughout your shift via Microsoft Teams.
- Handling, scanning and filing intake forms and other documents.
- Getting rooms ready for practitioners.
- Accessing patient Xrays and reports.
- Occasional executive assistant tasks to director.
- Completing tasks assigned to you via Teams or Outlook from practitioners and management in a timely manner.
