Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide information about clinic services.
- Checkin patients, verify and update patient information, and ensure accurate and complete registration.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulations and clinic policies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as managing patient records. Etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist, preferably in a specialty clinic or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment is essential.
- Computer literate knowledge of Zedmed program advantageous but not essential
- Experience in private and public surgery bookings and quoting, DVA/Medicare online, ECLIPSE billing.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Full COVID vaccination required.
