**What you’ll do
**The role of the Workplace Experience Facilities Manager is to coordinate the delivery of the Workplace Experience program nationally and to support Senior Facilities Managers with the day-to-day operational delivery of the workplace/soft services programs in key sites (Norwest & Surrey Hills).

This is a pivotal role within as part of our Workplace Experience team in helping coordinate the smooth running of our workplace support offices and to support the management of the workplace in understanding how our space is operating and identifying opportunities to streamline where aligned with the workplace standardisation strategy.
This role will responsible for supporting both internal and external stakeholder engagement, using all resources available to them to drive a culture of customer focussed service delivery and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for delivering continuous improvement and innovation in line with the Workplace Support improvement projects and programmes and play an important leadership role in the delivery of customer centric facilities and workplace management services.

This role will include the below requirements:

- Develop and implement customer focussed mindset and assist with the standardisation program of services across all support office locations
- You are curious and foster an environment that puts the Customer 1st and actively use stakeholder feedback that helps us achieve our goal of being Proactive, Responsive and Efficient
- Undertake evaluation and assessment of workplace utilisation tools to provide insights and establish reporting cadences across our stakeholder groups
- Establish community management groups across all national workplace support locations, review feedback through our voice of customer data in a rhythm of continual improvement and experience for our team membersYou bring a little good to everyone, every day

**What you’ll bring
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or in Retail, Supermarket or FMCG experience is desirable
- Able to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes
- Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Experience working in a matrix structure.and leading change and business initiatives
- Experience working under pressure to set deadlines without compromise to quality or serviceKnowledge of the retail value chain (incl all components such as IT, process, commercial etc) and how this translates to the store and customer
