Our client have been working in the fine metal fabricating business for over 30 years manufacturing high end steel work in some of Australia’s most prestigious buildings. They pride themselves on being the market leader in hand finished premium steel work and have a team of highly skilled metal workers with years of knowledge, experience, dedication and a very keen eye for precision.

They require an experienced bookkeeper on a part time basis at their office in Thomastown.
- Data entry
- Bank reconciliation
- Wage preparation and provision of payslips
- PAYG summaries and lodgements to the ATO
- Lodgement of superannuation contributions
- Lodgement of payroll tax
- Preparation, review and lodgement of BAS
- Workcover remuneration
- Debt collection
- Phone calls and inquiries
- Knowledge of Xero accounting package
- Physical filing and digital filing of paperwork
- Purchasing and invoicing
- Word, Excel, Outlook
- General office duties as required
- Professional & personable telephone manner
- Proficient computer skills
- Demonstrated initiative, time-management.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- High standard of presentation and attention to detail
