Successful, Australian owned and run business based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Small team, each with an imperative role to play in the results and stellar reputation.
The role:
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
- Cashflow maintenance and reporting
- Reporting to the Directors, re. jobs financials, cashflow projections, current financials.
- Prepare BAS
- Payments for BAS, Superannuation, Rates, Rents etc.
- Account reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations and data entry of transactions.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable activities such as follow up on overdue accounts, depositing of payments and raising invoices.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate insurances for the company.
- Administration support to the Management Team such as form creation, raise purchase orders, organise freight.
- Responsible for compiling, editing, issuing and filing of employment documentation such as employment contracts, job descriptions, TFN declarations, Superannuation Choice Forms, Employee Details forms.
- Responsible for undertaking the onboarding process for subcontractors and employees in regards to issuing and retrieving completed engagement documentation, scheduling and issuing inductions, issuing uniform and setting new starters up on IT systems.
- Managing stationary supplies
Please get in touch if you are a Bookkeeper who has experience looking after the full financials for a company. Xero is the system of choice here but MYOB, Quickbooks and other software experience is accepted
This role will be working from the office in Thomastown, with the potential to start/ finish earlier if this is helpful to you. You can also work from home 1 day per week.
