TradeConnex Pty Ltd is a leading provider of Labour Hire and Recruitment Services to construction companies throughout Australia.
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual for a position as an Accounts/Administration Officer to join our Sydney office.
Salary & Benefits:

Key Duties include:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
- Assisting with the completion of quotes & tender schedules
- Processing payroll accurately and on time with our Astute Payroll software.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
- Maintaining and renewing insurance policies, Vehicle Fleet Management registrations, service histories and upkeep of records.
To be Successful in this Role You Should Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting and payroll principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and XERO accounting software.
- Understanding of Astute Payroll Software is preferred but not essential as training is provided.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of integrity, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information is compulsory.
