Reporting to the Audit Team Leader, the objective of this position is to manage the location assessment and planning for the installation of small format structures.

The position will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure site opportunities identified meet site installation requirements, providing detailed site packs to enable Sales to secure the site whilst meeting all requirements for a safe and feasible installation. A critical component of the role is ensuring that the site meets requirements all building permit requirements, as well as ensuring the site will be safe and operational for the business.

The Audit Team will assess all proposed sites for safety, functionality and certifying that it meets the correct site requirements. Assessment activities include, but are not limited, to compiling site reports, mud maps and proposing any potential site works. The Audit Team will also work closely with the Project Manager and Project Co-ordinators who are responsible for mobilising installation. This will involve remaining solution-focused as you collaborate to problem solve sites, to be sure all options have been reviewed and site opportunities can be installed.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Complete audits of all sites identified by the Sales Team, ensuring the location is acceptable for installation.
- Providing recommendations on minor rectification solutions, or providing detailed feedback if a site/location is unsuitable.
- Work with Audit Team to ensure all site audits are conducted in a timely manner and efficiently.
- Provide reports and compile detailed audit packs, containing all details required to be utilised for Sales negotiations and for the installation team to obtain quotes from contractors and to brief external consultants.
- Solve technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project.
- Work with the Project Team to consult on all site requirements with the Sales Team before site is handed over to the Project Team to install.
- Provide site engineering &/or minor-works advice and direction to internal stakeholders.
- Effectively and professionally manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s safety, quality control & environmental management processes.
- Perform any additional tasks as reasonably requested by the Project Team.

**Technical skills required**:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
- Formal training in QA/HSE systems and procedures.
- Understanding of minor works/construction.
