As a Wholesale Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Korean and Mandarin-speaking clients. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate orders and deliveries efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process wholesale orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all customer requirements are met.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide support in generating quotes, preparing proposals, and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment, including coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating customer databases, and maintaining documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both Korean and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a wholesale or distribution environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of footwear is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,703.76 - $82,386.35 per year
