**About the Role**

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Officer to gain exposure to a booming IT field and join our growing Cyber Security team, within NHVR’s Data and Technology division, for a 12 month program of work.

At a high level, you will be responsible for undertaking organisation, coordination and administration tasks within the team. Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:

- Provide professional support and oversee administrative processes, such as records and correspondence management
- Schedule, prepare and facilitate internal stakeholder meetings
- Liaise with and follow-up external stakeholders
- Support your Manager and Director with a broad range of tasks, including data entry and inventory management

**About You**

To be successful for the role, you will have a strong background in fast-paced business administration or project coordination roles, supporting senior management and broader teams. While experience in the cyber field is not essential, generalist knowledge and understanding of IT concepts is required.

Critical to your success, is your ability to multi-task and manage a high load of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be energetic and motivated to work in a team environment to deliver a strong support and coordination service.

You will proactively build working relationships within your team and across the division. Strong attention to detail and high level written communication skills are required to effectively prepare documentation and undertake methodical record-keeping.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint is essential, while knowledge of or experience in document management systems, Microsoft Project, CMDB (configuration management database) and service ticket systems is highly desirable.
