**About The Role**
As a Team Leader, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Way: As the Site Team Leader, you'll set the pace for success.
- Effective Caseload Management: Efficiently handle caseloads to deliver exceptional service.
- Business Growth Advocate: Contribute to our growth and sales initiatives, including active participation in Business Chambers School.
- Achieve Excellence: Inspire and guide your team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Community Connector: Forge invaluable connections with local businesses and communities, nurturing vital relationships.
- Smooth Operations: Oversee administrative functions to keep things running seamlessly.
- Empower Your Team: Provide training and mentorship to elevate your team's skills and confidence.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- Sales Savvy: Proficiency in outbound sales techniques.
- Empathy and Understanding: Previous experience with disabilities, either personal or professional.
- Leadership Skills: A proven ability to effectively train and mentor others.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must.
- Safe Driver: A clean and commendable driving record.
- Industry Experience: Previous involvement in the Disability Services industry.
- Training and Development Guru: Demonstrated expertise in training and development.
