- Large pipeline of project work for career development and growth opportunitiesA unique opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Manager to join our high performing delivery team in the Victorian construction business.
You will have a genuine passion for building projects and want to build on your experience and develop further with Lendlease. This dynamic opportunity will be site based and deliver work on the new Pakenham Community Hospital. This hospital will be a small public hospital providing a range of important everyday health services.
The role
As the leader of our construction team, you will have the opportunity to successfully oversee, from construction through to handover, the delivery of this $80m healthcare project. This role will see you:
- Managing consultants, contractors, project resources and programme in order to deliver the project to the highest quality, sustainability, and safety standards.- Coordinate, motivate and operationally assist project teams, to work collaboratively towards achieving project objectives- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies- Upskill team members within the Project & Site Delivery divisions
Your background- Over 12 years experience in the construction industry- Ideally delivered a couple of projects as a Construction Manager- Experience on healthcare projects- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and achieve results- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
