Exciting government opportunity in Rhodes with work from home flexibility
**Your new company**
You will be working for an NSW state government department and be a member of the projects team.
**Your new role**
- As a member of the Projects Team, you will be responsible for collaborating with your colleagues to enhance customer and stakeholder service delivery. Additionally, you will provide administrative support as needed.
- Coordinate travel bookings, event coordination, reporting, and various ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Assist the team in the delivery of a range of projects/programs and initiatives to facilitate the timely delivery of objectives.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external enquiries, and prioritise appointments, meetings, and deadlines to align with business objectives.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A commitment to the values and vision of the service
- Need proven experience in a customer service or administration role.
- High proficiency in office software and relevant tools.
