**The role**

We are seeking an exceptional Performing Arts Administrator to provide high quality and responsive administrative support to our responsive service to the Performing Arts Leadership Team, teachers, Music Tutors, students, and parents.

This is a full time, fixed term position until the end of 2023, commencing as soon as possible.

**To thrive in this role, the successful applicant must possess the following attributes**:

- 2+ years’ experience as an administrator, preferably in a school environment would be highly regarded.
- A working knowledge and appreciation for the Performing Arts and/or Education
- It would be advantageous for you to have experience working with timetabling, room bookings, billing and payroll as well as using complex LMS platforms to collate, interpret and communicate data.
- Exceptional computer capability in MS Office suite and TEAMS.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality and friendly customer service
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport, interact effectively at all levels of the School, and build authentic, collaborative and productive relationships
- High level planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and show initiative, as well as participate as a collaborative team member
- Be willing to be involved in all aspects of the School’s program
- Demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to following the School’s child safety expectations, principles and policies
- Hold an Employee Working With Children Check
- Hold a current National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months)
