You have experience in customer service, possess strong computer skills, and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Your friendly demeanour and problem-solving skills will ensure every interaction leaves our customers satisfied and delighted.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
