In this newly created role we are searching for a Data Verification Specialist to join our Practitioner Support team in our Sydney office.

This role could suit a recent graduate who has a couple of years experience in customer service, data or healthcare administration, sales support or similar. Or a seasoned customer support administrator with an eye for details & great communication skills.

This is a permanent full-time role ideally based in our Bondi Junction Office but we operate a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office and 3 days you choose office or WFH

**About the Role**

The Data Verification Specialist will work closely with the outsourced team to help maintain our health practitioner directory and to support the Practitioner Support Manager.

Maintenance of the practitioner directory involves a number of routine processes aimed at ensuring the information is accurate and discoverable by users of the HealthShare and other industry’s directories.

**Key Responsibilities**

Verification of health practitioner directory:

- Maintenance of existing, or creation of new data through project-based administration and verification tasks.
- Coordination of offshore data verification team activities
- Routine review and processing of offshore team’s data for accuracy and verify and correct where necessary

Training:

- Working closely with the Practitioner Support Manager to provide training and ongoing support of projects and tasks with the offshore team with a growth view to move into completely managing this.
- Reporting:

- Reporting on off-shore team KPIs, activity and projects as well as your own

**Skills & Experience**
- Project management and reporting of results and KPIs
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail: you handle your time efficiently as you maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting
- Previous experience in working with offshore call centres and training of their agents highly desired
- Prior exposure to the medical industry and terminology is a big plus
