As part of this
**winning Commercial Law** team, you will relish being the RIGHT HAND to top commercial lawyers and commercial litigators assisting in a diverse multitude of intellectually stimulating, challenging and interesting
**commercial legal+ litigation cases** relating to but not limited:
to sale and purchase of businesses, franchising, commercial contracts, debt recovery/insolvency, property sales/purchases and leases, mortgages, intellectual property, employment law, construction law and trade practices/consumer law.

**Key responsibilities** include assisting with preparing basic legal/court documents, liaising with clients & Courts, arranging appointments, legal research, preparing briefs for barristers, data entry, filing and general administration.

**WHO YOU ARE**
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
**have minimum 12 months (or more)** experience in
**commercial litigation and/or commercial/business legal transactions as a paralegal/legal assistant/secretary/law clerk;**

can work
**FULL-TIME** (Mondays-Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm);

have solid law academics+ outstanding communication (written and verbal) +
**client-service** skills;

are hungry to advance your career in the
**COMMERCIAL LAW** field long-term (essential).
