Exciting Opportunity for a Paralegal/Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal/Law Clerk to join our Commercial Law team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial law matters, including commercial transactions, litigation, and property law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior lawyers with commercial transactions, including buying and selling businesses, corporate restructures, and joint ventures.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare documents, including letters and court documents.
  • Interact with clients, solicitors, and other external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Diary management and making appointments to ensure efficient workflow.
