Receptionist [part Time - Perth Office]

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, professional **Receptionist**, based at our Belmont office.

The successful person will share responsibility for front-of-house reception duties and contribute to the firm by providing our clients with a superior customer service experience.

**The role involves but is not limited to**:

- Handling a busy switchboard (appr 150 calls a day)
- Experienced with Telstra TIPT or other VOIP systems desired
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Diary management
- Booking couriers and distributing incoming courier items
- Daily set up of the board room and meeting rooms
- General office duties.

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:

- Availability Monday to Friday 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm with the ability to work full time when required
- Experience in a customer service receptionist role
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Solid word and Excel skills
- A team focus.
- The ability to prioritise tasks.
