**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing CX Team in a period of high demand.

As Customer Experience Human Centred Designer, you will work collaboratively as part of the CX Team to drive positive customer experiences. Reporting to our Senior Manager Customer Experience Design, you will be responsible for developing, designing and implementing effective customer experience initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders across TAFE.

Current demand will give you the opportunity to lead and contribute to projects focused on learner experience, student success, course performance, and educational quality. You will use all the tools in your toolkit, and collaborate with project teams that include researchers, CX designers, data teams, teachers and program leaders.

Location is negotiable - choose from 150+ campus locations within NSW.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in the role you will draw on your proven experience in delivering successful customer experience, human centred design and design thinking projects within large organisations as well as your proven ability to conduct qualitative research, develop actionable insights and iterate CX concepts and prototypes into material solutions.

You have a passion for providing positive customer experiences and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.

You will also have:

- Degree qualification in related field such as design, service design, design anthropology or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
