Receptionist/Admin Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate receptionist to join the team with an interest of putting clients care first.
Prior experience in the field is not necessary
Tasks & responsibilities
Answering Phones
Input data accurately from various sources into the company's database or designated software.
Processing Invoices
Updating client details
Verify and correct entries to ensure data integrity.
Perform general filing, clerical duties.
Assisting with stock counts/cleaning
Assisting the Senior Staff with daily duties and supporting the team goals.

Excellent typing skill and accuracy.
Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office (Word, client software).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Have organisation skills and ability to problem solve and take initiative.
Communicates well and possesses a great phone manner. Kind and considerate and going extra mile to help clients out.
Work integrity, honest and trustworthy.
Following directions as required and open to growth and development and takes direct feedback on board.
Your time management skills and ability to stay focused on task at hand.
Good sense of humour, are a passionate & motivated person.
Work Timetable (2-3 days/ 7-10 hours/w)
Tuesday - 10am - 1:30pm
Wednesday - 10am - 1pm
Thursday - 10am-1:30pm
Other skills considered(not essential)
Experience in sales or customer service roles such as retail, marketing
Understanding in basic bookkeeping
Systems/process development and implementation
You will be part of a committed team who are aligned with our mission

**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
