Brisbane Central Business District, Australia BDO Full time

BDO is one of the fastest growing professional services firms. We are building a world class consulting capability to disrupt the market and challenge existing players. A key enabler is having a more flexible approach to resourcing and delivery of our projects to accommodate a rapidly changing market and client needs. This will enable us to scale and deliver specialist capabilities to our clients when they are needed most.

BDO’s QLD People Advisory Services partner with clients to deliver solutions across a full suite of services including Learning, Change, Culture, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning, Transformations and Leadership. Backed by both national and global resources, our team of experienced professionals help businesses of all sizes in defining and realising their people and workforce strategies.

Our blended resourcing model includes the use of specialist contingent / contractor resources, and we are creating a panel of specialist contractors to support us to deliver for our clients.

We invite expressions of interest from experienced practitioners who would like to work on a more flexible contract basis as **IR & ER Specialists**.

**Notes**:

- Only highly experienced practitioners will be considered
- These roles will be available when engagements are required and there is no guarantee of contracted work.
- Resources will be required to enter into BDO’s standard contractor agreement if engaged, with specific contract terms including rates and duration to be agreed on a case by case basis.
- Only individuals with rights to live and work in Australia will be considered.

As a firm, we embrace an inclusive culture and value the difference and unique perspective of every individual. We are proud to be named an Inclusive Employer by Diversity Council Australia (DCA).
