Commercial Analytics and CRM Lead

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company. Their strong market position is achieved through the promotion of a diverse and successful product portfolio and an innovative and exciting range of market leading products that address some of society’s most challenging healthcare issues.
**The Role**
**Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager your responsibilities will be**:
- Commercial analytics: Analysis, interpretation, and presentation of various pharmaceutical data sources to advance brand teams understanding and insights into relevant therapeutic markets.
- Building and interpretation of analytical models to drive analysis and tracking of brand’s strategic objectives.
- Assist the Commercial Excellence Manager and Brand Team leads with ad-hoc requests including business cases, territory level investigation, and business development opportunities.
- Reporting and tracking of sales force effectiveness for in-field teams, including preparing reports, providing insights and recommendations, and presenting findings.
- Leading the analysis and reporting of quarterly sales incentive calculations for in-field sales teams.
- CRM: Leading the management and evolution of the CRM system including maintenance, training, reporting, and liaising with Regional and Global colleagues to ensure the system aligns with current business dynamics.
- Superior analytics capabilities, including advanced Excel skills. Experience building analytical data models.
- Previous pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources, especially IQVIA sales data.
- Superior communication and business partnering capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously using exceptional time-management skills.
- Superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with data visualisation tools (Qlik Cloud experience would be highly regarded).
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft suite especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Previous experience with a CRM system (Veeva CRM experience will be highly regarded).
- Experience in sales force effectiveness.
