The Salvation Army is one of Australia’s largest providers of alcohol and other drug services. We offer a range of services including Harm Reduction and Primary Health Services as well as a range of treatment types (including residential treatment centres, community-based support programs, counselling, and withdrawal management services).

About the role

We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Administration Assistant, at our Highgate Location. Reporting to the AOD Business Manager, this is a 12 month, fixed-term, full-time position.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, level 3.

You will successfully- Service delivery standards are met through accurate record keeping, information exchange and data entry- Statistical data entry and SAMIS inputting as required- Reconcile Managers/Team Leaders Corporate Credit Card monthly purchases- Management of Electronic filing systems- Input payroll data into KRONOS in a timely manner with accuracy as required

You will have (Requisite Skills & Qualifications)- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) or significant demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.- Intermediate IT Skills.- Knowledge of Controlled Documents and SharePoint (desirable)- Experience in the AOD sector (desirable)
