**About the Role**:
This NSW Government Organisation is modernising, streamlining and transforming its people management systems and process to meet the demands of a growing system. This journey will transform some of the department's most important HR functions through improved processes as well as a more integrated and consistent user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program communications strategy, approach and plan and specifically the first release of the program, with tailored, fit-for-purpose key messages and communication activities for a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the change management, people readiness, and training teams to ensure that communications are aligned with the overall change implementation plan
- Provide specialist communication advice to program leadership to guide communication and engagement strategies
- Act as a point of contact for all program-related communications and be the main source of key messages and information for the program
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams within the program, primarily including the PMO, program delivery, and business transformation teams to ensure communications are aligned with program objectives, milestones and outcomes
**Key Skills**:
- 5+ years of experience in program / project communications, in a large-scale program or project environment
- Leading communications for multiple end-to-end technology-enabled business transformation implementations
- Experience in HR or HCM related programs or experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Demonstrated ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery and support
- Consulting experience is advantageous
