We are seeking a passionate and experienced permanent, part-time Medical Receptionist/ Administrator to join our dynamic team at Casey. We ask you to provide high quality, accurate and efficient reception and administration services to the business that meet professional and company standards. Ensuring an absolute commitment to the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and visitors.

More specifically, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact and greeting patients on arrival.- Make and manage patient appointments for numerous Specialists- Collect patient information, maintaining patient privacy and accurate data entry- Complete oncology related administration including document scanning- Manage a large volume of patient telephone enquiries- Bill and receipting of accounts to patients, Medicare and DVA- Liaise with Specialists, Nurses, and peers- Complete tasks as allocated by the Senior Patient Services Officer or Centre Leader

We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Minimum of one to two years’ experience in healthcare- Exceptional phone manner, excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask- Ability to work autonomously and complete work within tight time frames- Superior customer service and exceptional communication skills with the ability to work as an effective team member with flexibility to respond to fluctuating work flows- Positive, enthusiastic and a genuine love of working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism-
- Proficient computer skills- Flexibility to cover shifts across sites- Healthcare experience preferred
