As the Head of Commercial, you will drive impactful growth with full P&L ownership of ShopBack Pay in Australia. You’ll develop high performing sales and marketing teams, while collaborating with regional stakeholders to deliver on key initiatives. Your leadership will shape our success, foster strategic partnerships, and contribute to ShopBack’s vibrant culture. **Your Adventure Ahead**:

- P&L ownership and operating management of ShopBack Pay in Australia
- Have full ownership of the sales, marketing and operations teams performance and results
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop campaigns and processes
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to share best practices
- Contribute to the overall success and culture of ShopBack

**Essentials to Succeed**:

- 8+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, performance management, and exceeding team targets
- Exceptional past results in online-to-offline sales; experience in the food/retail tech space is a plus
- Proven experience in building high-performing sales teams, with a fast-moving, continuous development mindset
- Having a strong network of merchant partners in the food/retail space is highly valued
- Thrive in a startup environment with ever-evolving systems and products
- Ownership mindset with an insatiable appetite for winning
- Self-starter with a "can’t-is-not-an-option" attitude; resilient problem-solver who is not discouraged by failure
- Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining high quality in your output
