Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, the role will manage business unit communication channels and coordinate the dissemination of strategic group - wide communications. This includes managing major announcements, welcoming our next generation fleet of aircraft, supporting town halls and developing content to be shared across the group.

You’ll have:
- 5-10 years’ experience in employee and stakeholder communications- Degree qualifications in communications are highly regarded- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business issues into effective communications within a large organisation- Strong and confident stakeholder management skills and verbal and written presentation skills.- Ability to understand and translate strategic business issues into effective communications-
- Broad knowledge of the Qantas group, it’s business units and the aviation industry.- Ability to drive a high performance culture and spark engagement within a team
